Under new ownership since October 2008, this former Resort Suites Scottsdale is "tucked away" "on the edge of town" "in a quiet area" that's close to Arizona U. and lots of golf; since there are "four different sections with four different" "marvelous" pools, it means that every room is poolside, however, critics warn of "unexpected" fees for Internet, local phone calls, the newspaper, parking and other sundries.

Nice pool and location.

Chared extra fee, no soap in room, water leak in room, mold on wall.

Nice price from PriceLine, but then the Hotel added a resort fee which brought it back up to the rate I can get from the hotel direct. Room did not have any soap in the room. The air Conditioner leaked all night soaking the carpet and you could see mold on the wall. The remote for the TV did not work. Pool was nice and clean. ...read more

Spacious room with living area, full kitchen and balcony.

Bathroom dated, TV channels not clear, hard to navigate to the room at night.

This place is huge with 4 pools and probably twice as many buildings. It's a little bit of a walk from the parking lot and it can be hard to find the rooms at night. Very spacious room with separate sleeping area, two TV's, and kitchen. Well kept up, friendly staff. Did get charged for resort fee after leaving, but it was removed when I called to complain. Excellent customer service!

One of the bedsheets had hair on it, as well as one of the towels.

The overall experience at this resort was exceptional. We experienced great customer service, and the resort was beautiful!
